• Public Submissions: Full Name, Email Address, Firm Name, Mobile Number, City, Staff Counts, and Messages when requesting a product walkthrough or submitting a Contact Query.
• Practitioner Accounts: Setup coordinates, email logins, encrypted passwords, and organization associations created by our platform administrators.
• Client Verification: Permanent Account Number (PAN) used solely to authorize secure document download access. We do not store PAN information except for client authorization maps set up by the practitioner.
• Usage & Device logs: IP addresses, browser agents, access request history, and API download sessions strictly for security auditing and forensic trail support.

2. Data Usage & Processing

We process your data only for authorized purposes:

• To schedule live walkthroughs and demos for your firm.
• To allow secure logging in for tax practitioners, admins, and clients.
• To provide audit logging (preventing unauthorized document access).
• To communicate support replies or system updates.

3. Cloud Storage & Isolation

Your documents are uploaded and managed via secure endpoints connected directly to the practitioner's Google Drive. We do not index or review the content of files, and we maintain complete isolated indexes in our database. We never share, sell, or rent document directories to third-party advertisers.

4. Security Measures

We implement industry-standard database safeguards including secure HTTPS endpoints, encrypted password algorithms (bcrypt), and authenticated JWT tokens. Write access checks prevent administrative settings changes for suspended firms.

5. Cookies Policy

We use functional session cookies (e.g. `auth_token`, `client_token`) to keep you logged in and ensure secure navigation. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though doing so will disable client validation access and portal dashboards.
