Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: June 19, 2026
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the TaxLocker marketing site or our cloud document portal. By accessing the site, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Acceptable Use
TaxLocker is designed to allow GST Practitioners, CAs, and Tax Consultants to securely share documents (GST returns, tax computations, audit sheets) with clients. You agree not to upload malware, copyrighted materials, or illegal files, nor to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our system endpoints.
2. User Responsibilities
Firms are responsible for securing their consultant and staff passwords. We will not be liable for losses caused by unauthorized credential sharing. Clients are responsible for ensuring they only type their own PAN card numbers to access their files.
3. Subscription Terms & Demo Request
Subscriptions are setup individually. There is no automated registration. Accounts are manually provisioned by our team following a Demo Request and contract signing. Usage limits (such as client counts, document uploads, and storage space) are strictly defined by your custom plan limits.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, TaxLocker shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, system unavailability, or document access delays.
5. Termination Policy
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate compliance guidelines, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription dues. Suspended organizations will have their write privileges disabled (Read-Only mode).
6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
